Be Active, Stay Active

Taking care of our bodies is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves.  Our bodies are temples to our souls and with all the medical advances we are living longer and longer. We must take special care of our bodies so they can last the journey as best as possible.  We stay healthy by being active and exercising. Regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your health. It lowers the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and certain cancers.  Additionally, it does wonders for our mental well-beingas it also helps to control stress, it can improve sleep, it boosts our moods with the surge of endorphins and, of course, it keeps our weight in check.

We at BuDhaGirl, strongly believe that in order to stay active and healthy you don't have to give up your Mindful Glamour® rituals.  We bike, do yoga, pilates, swim, go on long walks....and we love doing so with our All Weather Bangles.  They help keep us focused during our workouts- they don't mind a little sweat, they don't make noise, and are just super light...We mostly forget we have them on.  Don't be shy while working out.
