BuDhaGirl: How did Simply Chic Boutique begin?
Simply Chic Boutique: We began Simply Chic Boutique 9 years ago. In the beginning, we were just excited to bring a boutique to our small town. At this point, we have expanded to five stores within Louisiana! Simply Chic Boutique is a go-to shopping destination for trendy clothing, accessories and gifts.
BDG: What is the Simply Chic Boutique style?
SCB: The Simply Chic style is very girly! Our ultimate outfit would be a balanced mix of fun, seasonal prints, bright pops of color, and interesting textures. We like to play with the trends of the season, while still maintaining a timeless look.
BDG: What’s your favorite piece in the BuDhaGirl collection?
SCB: The gold and rose gold All Weather Bangles. Our customers love how they go with any outfit and any occasion. I personally love to wear my bangles and share them with friends. Because they’re so easy to wear and love, I regularly give them as birthday gifts. We’re also noticing that many of our customers like to mix gold and rose gold AWB together for their own unique look.
BDG: What fashion trends are you noticing in the upcoming season?
SCB: We’re seeing lots of blush and copper tones throughout jewelry and clothing designs. Because of this, we’re loving rose gold All Weather Bangles even more. They’re the perfect complement to this modern, feminine hue.
