BDG DADS

Jessica: “Happy Father’s Day…I always loved this image of my father with Hemingway…two boys fishing. I think that’s what my dad would have loved to be doing on father’s day…”

Molly: “My dad was a brilliant man with a wonderful (and sometimes bawdy) sense of humor. The most valuable lesson he modeled and taught me was to take things in stride and have what called a “sense of the ridiculous.” Even when things went wildly awry, he taught me to find the humor in it, dust myself off, and move forward. I credit him for my resilience, and I miss him every day.”

Ginger: “The greatest gift from my dad was the knowledge to work on cars. This gave me confidence & independence. Thanks Dad!”

Chloe: “My dad taught me how to speak my mind, give my honest opinion, and not put up with any ones crap.”

Sydney: “My dad is a hard worker with a never give up attitude. I can always go to him for support and advice on anything I do, and I can’t thank him enough.”

Bianca: “Your guiding hand on my shoulder will remain with me forever.” -Unknown

Hawa: “A little girl giggles when she is denied ice-cream by her mother, she knows daddy will get her some later.” -Unknown

Jennifer: “My dad taught me how to appreciate quality time.”

Sarahy: “My dad has a great sense of humor and is always willing to help. He would make fun of you bad haha, but if you ever needed anything he was there.”

Irma: “My dad is the most peaceful/sweet human on this earth.”

Idrees: “My father moved across borders to give his children the education and life that he could never have. I often complained why he moved to India when Kenya was such a beautiful place to leave. But, if it weren’t for him and his bold decisions, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you so much dad!”

Kate: “My dad is so cool. I’m convinced he’s a real life James Bond.”

Diana: “My dad is the most loving, hardworking man I know. A kid at heart with a great sense of humor and super powers.”

Happy Fathers Day to all of the BDG dads!
