Miami in Turquoise from Biscayne Bay

Miami to me is about two colors:  Turquoise and Coral.

You see the combination and adjacency all over. In buildings vibrantly painted and edged in white. In clothes, making people more part of the environment. In food, tempting our palate with exotic flavors.

Yet, nature is the real director in dictating color. It majestically combines coral and turquoise to give us a light show every evening. How can you not want to go out salsa dancing after seeing this light show? Or have a Cuban torta with all the spicy condiments and a side of fried yucca? Or perhaps a tropical drink flavored by the freshest fruit?
