Dear BuDhaGirls & Guys...

All of us at BuDhaGirl want to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and a fabulous Holiday Season. 

You are the reason we do what we do. We are grateful for the opportunity to work everyday in a company whose mission is to change the world. Yes, these are big words, however our hearts, our intentions and actions make the work rewarding and frankly so much fun.

We believe daily mini-meditation moments to clear your mind, breathe, and then set your intention are life changing. We say it, science says it and contemplative practice lives it. We encourage you to always be present, for we know that the only moment you can do anything about is now.
