Every year now for the past 12 years I host a Valentine's dinner for friends. I would much rather cook for my dearest friends than let them fend for themselves in restaurants on the craziest night of the year. This year Valentine's fell on a Sunday...so I thought back to a fun way to celebrate and the song Never on Sunday popped up in my head. This song is the title theme to the movie by the same name that takes place in Greece. So 2016 was my Greek Valentines.

Every guest's place card was a Greek God that matched their personality.

Valentine's Day is a chance to be with friends that are always in your heart.

Entertaining for me is a way to think deeply about my friends. I am present in everything I do for the party. From choosing the menu, to shopping to decorating, cooking, flowers, really everything and anything that makes an evening special.
