Vision Boards
I have always been a visual person and lately I am realizing how really valuable that has been
throughout my life. I have worked to surround myself with things that are visually satisfying and that appeal to my sense of aesthetic beauty. Many times I have created “vision boards” without even knowing that I was doing just that.
I have curated and edited clippings, swatches, articles, photographs that together do indeed makeup my goals and intentions. The backs of doors are my favorite places because I just tape the next inspiring clipping right on top of what has already been placed there. Eventually it forms a collage that translates itself almost perfectly to my life.
Today neurologists, psychologists, and companies like Google are all using vision boards to help people visualize their goals and intentions. What's on your vision board?
