Debit or Credit
“Most of us spend our lives as if we have another one in the bank.” Ben Irwin
How do you choose to live your life? Debit or Credit?
What I am referring to here is that with debit you are using the skills, feelings, knowledge that you already have, in other words these things are in your bank…in your life account.
Or…do you live with credit, meaning you are going outside of yourself to live life with a borrowed line of credit, or line of values?
Often, I am speechless when I see people living their lives in a manner that eventually will bankrupt them emotionally, physically and spiritually. They are incurring gross debts by living in a manner that is not within their means eventually leading to a total “market crash”…I believe that is called a depression.
Today, pause and reflect a moment as to how your life account stands. Are you pleased with the yield and do you feel safe with the investments that you have made in yourself? Or, do you have to tweak a little? Decrease your needs… increase your self-sufficiency? Perhaps you need a financial planner (AKA as a true friend) who will not be afraid to help you balance your life account.
Here’s to you finding the most return for your life.
