The Global Wellness Recap

BDG Funicular

Another year…and another Global Wellness Summit has just ended.

I am always completely mentally and physically exhausted after three days of meeting and making new friends, listening to cutting-edge thinkers, feeling part of a like-minded community for wellness, coming up with new collaborations and enjoying beautiful locations.

This year was no different except that the air was so pure, the landscape looked like something out of a fairytale, and that we collaborated and bonded high on the mountain tops, so close to the heavens. Tyrol was magical and our hosts showed us the best of Austrian hospitality.

Rituals on the mountain

From outside activities, to sessions packed with thought-provoking information, we ended our formal evening at Swarovski world…a veritable enchanted castle filled to the brim with crystal sculptures, exhibits and entire walls made of the famous crystals.

I believe that the greatest take away from the summit is interacting with incredible people who have the common goal of making our world well through innovation, sustainability, creating new environments for wellness and ultimately changing how we think about ourselves and our world on a daily basis. This of course, is so very BuDhaGirl.
